Antholzertal

Natural Paradise in the Alps

Welcome to Antholzertal

The Antholz Valley is divided into the Lower Valley, Middle Valley and Upper Valley. Its climate, sunny location, unique scenic attractions and, last but not least, the wildly romantic mountain landscape offer joy, peace and relaxation at any time of year, making the valley a popular holiday destination.

Summer in the Antholz Valley: nature experiences, summit bliss and clear mountain lakes

Antholz offers a varied natural landscape: Lake Antholz, a blue-green mountain lake in the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park, is ideal for walks, and there is also a newly created nature trail around the lake. At the end of the Antholz Valley lies the Staller Sattel (2,050 m), a pass with crossings to Austria and a starting point for hikes. Above Antholz Mittertal, the Klammbach Waterfall plunges impressively into the depths and is a spectacular natural spectacle. The Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park offers hiking trails for every level, from leisurely walks to challenging summit tours. Even in summer, the Antholz Biathlon Stadium is worth a visit – perhaps with a behind-the-scenes tour or a guided tour.
