Most visitors to this church come to see the altar by Hans Klocker, carved around 1490, as well as the frescoes on the façade. Rather than the Nativity the altar depicts the enthroned Virgin Mary with the saints Stephen and Lawrence. The adjoining chapel is dedicated to the Casa Santa at Loreto.
