St. Peter in Altenburg - Caldaro

From the panoramic viewing point in Altenburg, you spy a lower lying wooded hilltop cliff area, which hides the remains of the historically significant St. Peter’s Church. This spot was probably inhabited relatively early, since already in 1212, documents indicate the existence of a connecting bridge.
