This church, above Kastelruth/Castelrotto, towards St. Ulrich/Ortisei, is dedicated to St. Michael. The Romanesque tower was built in 1353 as were the old walls of the church nave. The interior features frescoes from the 18th century, among which a beautiful Annunciation. On the outer wall, partially uncovered paintings from the 15th century. The hamlet can be reached on hiking path no. 7 or 0 from Kastelruth/Castelrotto in 1,30 hours.
