Church of the Franciscan Monastery - Bolzano

The chancel of the monastery church contains an altarpiece by Hans Klockner depicting the Nativity. In 1310 frescos were commissioned to be painted in the St. Ingenius chapel and are among the first testimonies of the incipient linear style of early Gothic fresco painting in the Bolzano area.
