The first influences of the Renaissance can be perceived in this late Gothic church. Work began on raising the ambulatory of the choir in 1460 and the church was consecrated in 1490. The church accommodates a collection of historical altars. A sculpture of the Madonna giving a bunch of grapes to her child is among the finest of the period 1460-1470 and clearly reveals the influence of Multscher.
