Lajen, 1100m above sea level, is a charming mountain village on a sun-drenched plateau and surrounded by the small villages of St. Peter, Tanirz, Tschöfas, Freins, Albions and Lajen-Ried. It is believed to be the birthplace of the famous minnesinger Walther von der Vogelweide (1168-1230). Every season here is full of unforgettable feelings.
