Christmas market in Brixen
The Christmas market Brixen takes place in the cathedral square in front of the cathedral of Bressanone.
Due to its location in the historic center of Brixen is the Brixen Christmas market one of the most beautiful Christmas markets of South Tyrol.
35 exhibitors offer festively decorated stalls of their products. Find Gardena wood carvings, cribs and crib figures, hand-made Christmas decorations, candles, and other South Tyrolean gift items.
At several food stands specialties from the Eisacktal and mulled wine are offered.
The steam-driven carousel pleased children's hearts.
The old town of Brixen
Very close to the Christmas market in Bressanone, see the 800 year old Gothic cloister at the cathedral of Bressanone.
In the Hofburg Brixen a traditional exhibition of nativity scenes will be held.
