The splendid castle Ciastel Colz at La Villa in Val Badia was built in 1537. This noble residence has retained its Gothic architecture, with two defensive towers and rises imposingly like a massive rock of Dolomite. Four rooms are available (of which two are suites), offered on a bed-and-breakfast basis. The cosy and stylish ambience of the restaurant is famed for its traditional, regional cuisine and a fine wine list.
