The castle with its centuries-old well-tended park was first mentioned in 13th century documents when it was run by Benedictine monks who produced wine here for the monastery of Ettal (Bavaria) for 400 years. The noble residence offers ample accommodation for seminars and parties, with spacious halls, a choice of work rooms of varying sizes, and state-of-the-art lecturing and presentation aids, including internet connections for data projectors and computers, plus excellent ventilation and lighting.
